SUMMARY:

On October 8, 1981, at approximately 11:07 PM, Mr [***** *******] broke into the residence of [******] located at [********]. During the break-in, multiple items were stolen, including a 1972 Sony Trinitron Color CRT television, a 1959 Elcamino, and [***************]. When the homeowner got home from work and witnessed the robbery in progress, he confronted the intruder, resulting in a physical altercation. The homeowner sustained multiple gunshot wounds in the chest cavity. The victim's wife notified emergency services, and law enforcement arrived at the scene and apprehended Mr [***** *******].
